About Pagebrio Printing
Pagebrio Printing is a China-based children’s book printing manufacturer and supplier established in 2010 in Longgang, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. We work mainly with publishers, children’s book brands, educational companies, importers, distributors, wholesalers, retail programs and other professional buyers requiring custom or bulk book production.
Our main production range includes board books, hardcover books, softcover books, spiral books, coloring books, puzzle books, photo books and comic books. We also handle selected booklet, magazine, graphic novel, self-published book and commercial printing projects.
Rather than offering fixed retail products, most of our work is developed around each buyer’s artwork, specifications, quantity, target market and delivery requirements.
Manufacturing & Production Support
Our production covers the main stages required for commercial book manufacturing, including prepress preparation, offset printing, binding, finishing, inspection and packing.
The production site is approximately 6,500–7,000 m², with around 110–140 employees working across printing, binding, finishing, quality control, packing and supporting departments.
Equipment used in production includes CTP plate-making systems, multi-color offset printing presses, laminating, cutting, folding, saddle-stitching, perfect-binding, hardcover case-making, board-book mounting, die-cutting, foil-stamping, UV finishing and spiral-binding equipment.
Production planning depends on book type, page count, materials, binding, finishing and quantity rather than using one fixed lead time for every order.
Custom & OEM Book Printing
Most projects begin with the buyer’s print-ready PDF artwork, technical specifications, an existing sample or a reference product.
Materials & Book Specifications
We can develop projects around:
- Book size and page count
- Coated or wood-free paper
- Ivory board, grey board and binding board
- Paper GSM and board thickness
- Hardcover, softcover, board or spiral structures
- CMYK and Pantone color requirements
Finishing Options
Depending on the book design, available finishing can include matte or gloss lamination, foil stamping, Spot UV, embossing, debossing, die cutting, rounded corners and other project-specific processes.
For illustrated children’s books, board books and books with more complex finishing, we normally recommend confirming a physical proof before bulk production.
Samples, MOQ & Bulk Orders
Standard book printing projects normally start from around 500–1,000 copies per title, while board books, special structures and highly customized projects may require approximately 1,000–3,000 copies, depending on specifications.
Digital proofs normally require around 2–4 working days, while standard physical samples generally take approximately 5–10 working days.
After artwork, specifications and sample approval, normal mass production is approximately 25–40 days. More complex projects or peak-season orders may require additional time.
We prefer to confirm realistic production schedules rather than shorten lead times in a way that may affect printing, binding or finishing quality.
Quality Control
Quality control starts before printing rather than only at final packing.
Our normal inspection flow includes:
Artwork & Prepress Check → Material Inspection → Printing Registration & Color Check → Binding & Page Sequence Inspection → Finishing Inspection → Size & Appearance Check → Final Inspection → Packing Check → Pre-Shipment Inspection
For repeat orders, approved artwork, specifications and color references can be retained to help maintain consistency between production runs.
FSC-certified paper and product testing can also be arranged when required. Any EN71, CPSIA, REACH or other testing claims are made only for materials or finished products that have actually been tested.
Packing & Export Support
Pagebrio Printing supports international B2B orders from production through packing and shipment.
Packing options can include individual bags, shrink wrapping, paper wrapping, custom retail packaging, inner cartons, export cartons, customized carton marks and pallet packing.
Depending on the buyer’s destination and purchasing arrangement, we can support EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDP shipping terms. Ningbo-Zhoushan and Shanghai are commonly used export ports.
Our customers are supplied across Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand, the Middle East and Asian markets.
Working With Pagebrio Printing
For a faster and more accurate quotation, we normally ask buyers to provide:
- Book type and finished size
- Page count
- Paper or board specification
- Binding method
- Order quantity
- Printing and finishing requirements
- Packaging requirements
- Destination country or port
If some specifications have not yet been finalized, our team can review the project and suggest practical material, binding, proofing and production options based on the intended use and order quantity.
For Pagebrio Printing, the goal is straightforward: help professional buyers move from artwork and specifications to approved samples, controlled bulk production, inspection, packing and export shipment with fewer uncertainties during the purchasing process.
